For those navigating change in work, identity, or life. I help you slow down and reconnect to what matters.

Through embodied coaching, we explore what it means to move through life with awareness and ease.

You learned what you needed to do to survive. To stay safe, to belong, to make it through. Those old patterns were brilliant adaptations when you were six, but they don't serve you now.

The defenses. The overthinking. The doing and achieving and holding it all together. They kept you protected, but they also kept you from feeling.

Maybe it shows up like this: Your child cries and your body tenses. Instead of softness, there's irritation. Instead of empathy, there's anger. And then shame for feeling angry.

That's where the work begins. Not in fixing the reaction, but in getting curious about it. Huh. Why does that make me angry? That pause—that moment of noticing without judgment—that's the doorway back to yourself.

We've all been taught to push through, to figure it out, to keep moving. But you're tired. And you sense something needs to shift, even if you're not sure what.

This work is about learning to put down what you've been carrying. Slowly. Gently. Without needing to get it right.

You look fine on the outside. You show up. You take care of people. You get things done. But inside, there's a gap between the life you're living and what you're actually feeling.

You've been holding it all up for so long, you don't know how to put it down. The idea of slowing down sounds good, but when you try, you don't know what to do with yourself.

Maybe you've tried meditation, but spend the whole time wondering if you’re doing it right. You open your journal and stare at a blank page because you don't know what you're supposed to write. You go to yoga and spend the whole time thinking about your to-do list.

If This Sounds Familiar …

You're looking for permission. Permission to feel. Permission to not have the answer. Permission to just be here, messy and uncertain and figuring it out as you go.

But here's the thing: you don't need permission. You just need space. Space to get curious. Space to play. Space to notice what's actually here instead of what you think should be here.

This work is about closing that gap between who you are on the outside and what you actually feel on the inside. Not by doing it right. Just by being willing to look.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Sometimes the first step is simply beginning a conversation.
